I recently did a quick 30 minute art, since :iconmiamelly: decided to not reply to me for 30 minutes.
This one above is not really a true 30 minute art, since I have been thinking what kind of theme I want to be painting for it.
An alleyway with stands and an Aladdin-like character.
After I showed him the result, the same light bulb lit into our competitive mind.
What can we produce in a 30 minute bloody stand-off against each other..?
Like preparing a competitive chess match, :iconmiamelly: quickly set us up a timer..
What is interesting about the 30 minute duel is the pressure of the clock.
There is no time to think,
Every stroke is budgeted into a strict limit,
There can be no wasted strokes, and there can be no scrapping works mid-way.
To utilize whatever has been put upon the empty canvas, and made into a legit possibilities.
At first, I was thinking to create a still desert, with a band of travelers on a camel traveling through the harsh hot sand.
